The HU66 Lishi fits the VAG keyway and can work around a stuck fragment to slide it out without scratching the wafer surfaces inside. Once extracted, I decoded the lock by reading each wafer position for exact cut depths. His flip key, FCC ID MYT8Z0837231, was a 4-button unit that I rebuilt into a fresh shell with the salvaged Megamos chip.
No drilling. No cylinder replacement. His total was 309. The other locksmith wanted 559 or more with a new lock. Destructive entry should always be the last resort.
