A pharmacist who works graveyard shifts called me from her condo complex near La Cumbre Plaza in Santa Barbara around 11pm. Her only flip key for a 2004 A6 had stopped working that morning. The whole job, including the remote sync for all four buttons, took about 35 minutes under her garage lights. She watched most of it from her doorway holding a cup of coffee. No tow truck. No waiting days. Just a new working flip key for a fraction of what the dealer route would have cost her in time and money combined.
