A customer in Oxnard had just picked up a used 2016 Cadillac CTS at an estate sale. Beautiful car, well maintained, but it came with one key. The family selling it handed him a single blade key with a worn remote and told him to sort out a spare on his own.

He drove off with two working keys for less than the dealer wanted for one. That spare also means any future emergency is a simple add-a-key job instead of all-keys-lost, which saves hundreds on a Cadillac.
