2017 Fiat 500l Remote Head Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
A first-time car buyer out in El Rio picked up a used 2017 Fiat 500L off Facebook Marketplace. Decent shape, fair price, one key. The seller told him to swing by a hardware store and get a copy made. That's the kind of advice that sounds reasonable until you're standing at the counter and the guy looks at your fob and shakes his head.
He called the dealer first. They quoted him a number that made him seriously reconsider whether a spare key was worth it on a car he'd just bought used. He found EZ Car Keyz and asked, almost testing me, if that dealer price was real. I told him it was real, and I told him I do the same job for a fraction of that.
I met him in El Rio, in front of the apartment complex where he parks. He had the one working key on him, which is exactly what I need. I decoded the blade on site, cut the new flip key to match, and used my programming equipment through the OBD port to register the new transponder to the vehicle. The immobilizer accepted it cleanly. Both keys tested - lock, unlock, and every button - before I packed up.
He stood there clicking the new fob like he was making sure it was real. It was. He left with two working keys, which matters more than most people realize. If he ever loses one now, that's an add-a-key job. Not an all-keys-lost job. That difference is significant, and I made sure he understood it before I drove off.

“Great service, decent price, even helped with some other issues I had which made it worth it (no one wants to fork over $ for locking their keys in the car). Will definitely call them again if need be.”
“Even though we managed to get in with a spare from our friend, we still got two spares for just the service fee! Friendly and quick, too!”
“Service was great. Same day appointment. Very friendly. Highly recommend if you need car fob programming.”
