A customer at the community center near Oxnard State Beach Park told me he'd already paid another locksmith for a 1999 Hyundai Elantra key that never started the car. The engine cranked but the immobilizer killed fuel after two seconds every time. Classic failed key learn. The other locksmith said the immobilizer module was bad and left.
