I was parked near the Aldi off Telegraph Road in East Ventura when a woman walked up and said her 2024 Elantra was showing a key warning and she had already been to the dealer. Not called the dealer. She did not need a new fob. She did not need a dealer appointment. She needed the right battery installed correctly, done in a parking lot in East Ventura in about fifteen minutes. The dealer visit would have come with a week of waiting and a bill she did not want to think about.
