A woman flagged me down in the CVS lot near Ventura Promenade. She had her 2004 Elantra running but was holding a remote that did nothing. No lock chirp, no unlock, no panic. She'd already swapped the CR2032 herself. Twice.

I cut the blade on site, pulled the immobilizer PIN through my NASTF access, and programmed the new chip through the OBD-II port using the correct factory data path. No workarounds, no leftover fault codes sitting in the immobilizer module.

She watched the whole thing from two feet away. Took about 25 minutes total. Real receipt, real license number, real company van with the name on it.
