She had just left urgent care with her kid and a bag of prescriptions in the back seat. Her 1999 Chevrolet S-10 wouldn't start in the parking lot. She pressed the button and nothing happened. From her phone call to the engine running was 50 minutes, and it cost $95. The dealer was closed and would have been $200 plus a wait until tomorrow at the earliest. She made it to the pharmacy with 45 minutes to spare. Sometimes the difference between a locksmith and a dealer isn't convenience. It's getting the car running before it becomes a bigger problem.
