I got a call out to Fairbanks Ranch on a weekday afternoon. The owner had a 2003 Dodge Viper sitting in the driveway, key in hand, but the remote had completely stopped responding. He mentioned the dealer had quoted him a wait and a number that made him wince. He did not even end up needing a new fob, just a relearn on the one he had. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes, done right there in the driveway.
