Out in Buena Creek, I got a call from an older gentleman who needed a spare key made for his 2003 Ford Focus. He mentioned he used a walker.

The Focus takes a transponder key, so there are two parts to the job: cutting the key blade to match his locks and programming the chip so the immobilizer recognizes it. He watched the whole thing from his front doorway. When I handed him the finished key and he turned it over in his hand, he said something like, "I thought this would take all week." It took about forty-five minutes in his driveway.
