2008 Ford Focus Remote Head Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

I was already in the Torrey Pines area when the call came in. A woman had just walked out of a medical building off Torrey Pines Road, hit the unlock button on her 2008 Ford Focus remote head key, and got nothing. No click, no flash, no response. Then I tested every button, confirmed the transponder was still enrolled correctly, and checked that the engine started clean.

Total time from when I parked to when she drove away was under 40 minutes. The dealer wanted to hold her until the next day for a job that turned out to be a battery and a contact cleaning. She saved a good chunk and still made it home before anything thawed.
