I used my HO01 Lishi to extract the broken fragment without scratching the wafer surfaces. Once extracted, I decoded the lock by reading each wafer position for exact cut depths. His car uses a separate remote fob, FCC ID CWTWBU766, and a standalone transponder key. I cut the new blade from the decode and programmed the chip through OBD.
No drilling, no cylinder replacement. His total was $185. The other locksmith's plan would have run $395 or more. Destructive entry should be a last resort.
