An older couple at their home near Matilija Canyon called about their 2012 Chevrolet Traverse. Getting to the dealer was a real problem for them, not just an inconvenience. I showed them how to check the fob battery so they'd know before it died on them again.
They didn't have to leave the house, call anyone for a ride, or figure out transportation to a dealer on the highway. Their total was 113 for two keys. The dealer quoted 234 for one, plus the problem of actually getting there. I set up in their driveway and handed them both keys before lunch.
