Out near the community garden area in Pacific View, Ventura, a woman flagged me down on a Saturday morning and the first thing she said was that she'd already been burned once.

She asked me what the dealer would have charged to sort this out. I told her way less than that, and she laughed a little because she'd already paid one person who hadn't finished the job. I couldn't fix that part. But I could make sure this one was done right, and it was.
