I got a call from a physical therapist stuck at her clinic near Conejo Oaks neighborhood. She had patients booked all day, her 2013 Honda Accord was dead in the lot, and she couldn't leave work to deal with a dealer. She'd tried swapping the fob battery herself and something went sideways. She sounded pretty stressed, so I told her I'd come during her lunch break and handle everything in the lot.
