First thing I did was back up the immobilizer data off the 38327-T2A-A010 board through the OBD port using my ACDP, just as a precaution. Then I decoded the door lock, cut a new high-security HO01 blade on site, and programmed a fresh ACJ932HK1210A with the HITAG 3 / 47 chip. Four buttons: lock, unlock, trunk, panic. Built from scratch in that dirt lot.
His Accord started right where it had been parked all morning. He stood there watching the dash like he expected a warning light to argue with him. Nothing. Clean start.
The whole thing took about 40 minutes. A dealer would have meant a tow from a spot no flatbed wanted to reach, plus days of waiting. He paid a fraction of what that route would have cost.
