Got a call from a guy stuck in the Erbes Road neighborhood of Thousand Oaks with a 2010 Accord that would not respond to his flip key. He stood there holding his luggage the whole time, looking like a guy who expected a way bigger problem. Drove off before lunch, skipped the tow truck, skipped the two-day wait. A fraction of what the dealer route would have cost him in money and time.
