He called me from the Rancho Conejo area of Thousand Oaks on a Tuesday morning, still groggy from a red-eye. His 2010 Accord was sitting in a parking lot and none of his buttons were doing anything. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes. He drove home before lunch. The dealer would have had him waiting two days, towing the car, and spending a lot more than he needed to. All it was ever going to be was a battery.
