Got a call from a guy near Promenade Park in Ventura. His 2018 Range Rover Velar, the R-Dynamic HSE trim, was sitting in a parking spot with one working key left. Tested passive entry on every door, the tailgate gesture sensor, and start-stop twice.
The part that got him was how quick it was. He said the dealer quoted him weeks just to get the blank shipped from JLR in the UK before they could even schedule the appointment. He was already back in his car and driving before his lunch hour ended.
