A woman brought her 2008 SRX to a tailor shop off 30th Street in North Park. She had been using a replacement key that another locksmith cut for her about three weeks earlier. It started every morning without a problem. By early afternoon, sometimes it would crank and immediately die. By evening, it was doing it half the time. Then I also tested her separate remote fob since she mentioned the range had gotten weak. That was just a tired battery in the fob, separate from the ignition problem entirely.
