I got a call from a guy over in Carlton Hills, Santee. He had a 2018 Range Rover and one working fob. His wife had taken the second one to a dealer service visit months earlier, they said it needed reprogramming, charged him for it, and handed it back. A week later it stopped working again. Then the first fob started acting up too. Touch unlock on the driver door got spotty. Sometimes it worked on the first try, sometimes he was standing there looking at his own car like a stranger. The dealer had already touched this once and the problem came back. I wasn't there to rub that in. I just did the job.
