Out in the Millenia area of Chula Vista, I got a call from a guy who was stuck in a motel parking lot with a 2014 Lancer that wouldn't acknowledge his fob at all. He'd tried the door handles, tried the start button, nothing. His backup plan was to sleep on it and figure it out in the morning.
