The call came in from a woman parked in Del Mar Heights. She was at the end of a long day, keys in hand, and the Armada just wasn't responding the way it should. The door handle wasn't waking up, the fob felt dead, and she was standing in the lot wondering if this was going to turn into a tow situation.

That's almost always the right call on an Armada this age, because an all-keys-lost situation on this system takes longer and costs more than adding a spare when you already have a working key present. We got it done on site, right there in Del Mar Heights, in about forty minutes total.
The dealer had quoted her a number that made her pause when she first called around. What she paid me was a fraction of that, and she left with two working fobs and a receipt that had a real phone number on it.
