I got a call from a guy in Carmel Mountain Ranch who worked nights. He was getting off a shift, walked out to his 2019 Titan in the lot, and the start button just sat there. Dash lit up, brake pedal worked, but no crank. Key-not-detected warning sitting right in the gauge cluster.

I registered a new fob with the correct transponder matched to his vehicle, confirmed all four buttons, walked the door handles, and tested the backup start method against the button just to close the loop. Ran clean on the first try and every try after that.
He mentioned the dealer had quoted him over a week out for an appointment. He needed his truck that night. That's the whole reason I do mobile work.
