Programmed the TQ8-FOB-4F11 fob, registered it to the car, and tested every button: lock, unlock, trunk, panic. Then push-button start, twice. Then the passive entry on both front handles.
The whole thing happened in his parking spot. Car never moved. No flatbed, no gate code drama, no leaving a Hyundai sitting keyless overnight.
He kept looking at the gate like the tow truck was still going to show up. It wasn't. He was already done.
Dealer would have meant towing it out somehow, waiting on an appointment, and paying a good chunk more. His Ioniq just needed someone who could walk in with the right tools.
