I got a call from a woman in Casa de Oro, Spring Valley, on a Thursday evening. She was in her driveway with a 2015 Charger and a fob that had stopped unlocking the doors. She thought the car had been locked out remotely somehow. It had not.

She asked what the dealer would have charged to diagnose that. I told her they likely would have started with a programming appointment and worked backward. She had already called them and was quoted a service visit before anyone even looked at the fob.
