A long-haul trucker pulled into a dark rest stop outside Rancho Santa Fe late at night and his 2001 Dodge Stratus key fob stopped working. He was back on the highway in under an hour. Total was $78. The dealer would have been $174 whenever they opened next. When you're stuck at a rest stop at 10pm, dealer hours are irrelevant. What matters is someone picking up the phone and showing up with the right tools.
