2003 Dodge Stratus Transponder Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

A guy in Downtown Ramona had just picked up a 2003 Dodge Stratus at the local auction yard. Clean title, decent shape, one problem: it came with a single key. The auction told him to sort out a spare on his own. He figured it would be a quick errand.
