It was early morning in East Lemon Grove, and a guy called me from a job site off the main strip. His shift was starting in under 30 minutes. His 2008 Ford Edge had sat overnight and when he went to leave, the key was doing nothing. He got to check in with his foreman not too far behind schedule, which was a better outcome than waiting on a tow and a dealer appointment. I left him with a second key cut and programmed so East Lemon Grove morning traffic is not his problem next time.
