I got a call from a muffler shop off Vista Village Drive. A customer's 2013 Ridgeline was sitting in their lot, and the situation was already a mess before I showed up.

Job ran about an hour and a half, longer than a normal single-key add. The alternative was a tow, a multi-day dealer queue, and a bill that would have made the truck payment look small. It got done that afternoon, in the lot, without moving the vehicle.
