2011 Infiniti G37 Smart Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
Out in Loma Alta, I got a call from an oral surgeon who made it clear from the jump that he vets everyone before he calls them. He had already looked up my BSIS license number, cross-referenced my Google reviews, and watched a couple of videos. By the time he picked up the phone, he was not really asking if I could do the job. He was confirming it.
His 2011 Infiniti G37 needed a spare smart key. He had one working fob and wanted a backup, which is exactly the right call. Losing your only key on a vehicle like this means a tow, a wait, and a dealer bill that makes people wince.
I pulled up to his office, verified the vehicle, and got into the work. The G37 uses a four-button intelligent key, and adding a spare means going through the vehicle's security system with the right diagnostic equipment. I backed up the module data before touching anything, ran the registration, and had his new fob paired and tested across every function: door lock, unlock, trunk, the touch sensors on both handles, and the start sequence. Walked him through the emergency blade inside the fob while I had him there, because most owners have never found it.
He asked about what the dealer would have charged. I told him to look up the quote he had gotten. He already knew the answer. He just nodded and said the transparency mattered more to him than the savings anyway.
If you want to verify my BSIS license, it is publicly searchable. LCO#6792. That license means background checks, active liability insurance, and a registered business. For someone who vets everyone, that matters. It should.
