2013 Infiniti G37 Smart Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
A graduate student over in the Lake Poway Area called me on a Tuesday afternoon. He was upfront about it: he'd already been through this once. Another locksmith had tried to program a replacement smart key to his 2013 G37, got partway through, then stopped. The guy charged him for the attempt anyway and told him to go to the dealer. After that visit, the car wouldn't recognize any key at all. Not the original, not the new one.

I cleared the fault codes, confirmed the immobilizer was back to a clean baseline, and then ran the proper Intelligent Key learning sequence from scratch. His original fob, a four-button unit with the factory FCC ID on it, registered without any drama once the module was sorted out. The car started clean.
I didn't tack on a separate charge for the cleanup. That's just part of doing the job right. He'd already paid once for work that made things worse. The last thing he needed was another line item.
He mentioned the dealer had quoted him a figure to fix it that would have hurt. He saved a good chunk by calling me instead, and he didn't have to arrange a tow.
