His truck started on a dirt road with no cell service and no tow access. Total was $239. A dealer would have charged $424 plus a tow from a location no flatbed was reaching without serious effort. No one had to figure out how to extract a truck from a campsite access road 30 miles from the nearest dealer. I drove to the pin, built the key, and the truck left under its own power.
