I got a call from a woman parked at the lot near Del Mar Village on a Tuesday afternoon. She had one key left for her 2017 Highlander. The other had gone through the wash inside her son's shorts pocket about two weeks earlier. She had been putting off dealing with it.

She mentioned on the way out that she had not realized a mobile locksmith could handle the programming side. A lot of Highlander owners in Del Mar still think that part has to happen at the dealer. It does not.
