A catering company owner called me just after six in the morning from a commercial kitchen near Rancho Tapo Community Park in Simi Valley. Wedding reception in four hours. Her 2015 Q3 would not start and the loaded delivery van was going nowhere.

The NBGFS12A71 fob just had a completely flat CR2032, and the comfort control module needed a quick re-sync after so many failed remote attempts.
Total hands-on time was about 25 minutes. She was loaded and heading to the venue before seven.
The dealer quoted her two days and a tow. She paid a fraction of what they wanted and never missed the gig.
