Pulled up to the Ventura County Medical Center staff lot where a respiratory therapist was standing by her 2022 Ascent, holding both key fobs like broken remotes.
Neither fob would lock or unlock. She'd already swapped batteries in both HYQ14AKB fobs. Still nothing. But here's the weird part: the car started fine with the push button. Just no remote functions at all.
