I was parked on a side street just off Old Town Camarillo on a Tuesday afternoon, wrapping up some paperwork, when a call came in. Guy had a 2016 Tiguan, lost his only key over the weekend, and had already spent two days trying to figure out his options. He'd called the dealer.
