A customer in Woodcreek, Camarillo reached out on a Thursday afternoon. She had bought her 2007 Volvo V70 used a few years back, came with one fob, and she never got around to cutting a spare. Then the fob housing gave out along the seam, and when she went to use the manual blade for the first time, it snapped off in the door lock.
