I was coming down from Crest on a Tuesday afternoon when the call came in. A woman in El Cajon had broken her Sorento fob, not lost it, broken it. The shell cracked and the battery had fallen out somewhere in a parking lot. She asked if the dealer could have done the same thing same-day. I told her they probably could have, but not same-hour, and not in her driveway. She'd have needed an appointment, a ride, and she would have paid considerably more for the privilege of waiting in a lobby.
