I decoded the lock on site, cut two new keys, and registered both the transponder keys and the remote fobs using my scan tool. Done before the police report was finished.
She drove home that night with two working keys. The dealer route would have meant a tow, a multi-day wait, and spending a lot more. The stolen key is dead to that Sequoia now. That is the job.
