Out in Eastlake, near one of the quieter side streets off the main stretch, I got a call from someone who had done her homework before picking up the phone. She mentioned she had looked up my BSIS license number before calling. Said she had read about unlicensed guys showing up in unmarked cars and quoting low before adding fees nobody agreed to.
