I was out in Crest, up in the hills east of El Cajon, on a Tuesday afternoon. The customer had already been through it. A previous locksmith had come out, tried to program a key to the van, and left without finishing. The van would crank but not stay running. She had been borrowing her neighbor's car for three days.
