A customer in San Diego had just bought a used 2006 Ford Escape from a small lot. Nice truck, good price, one key. The lot told him to get a spare on his own. He figured it would be quick and cheap.

I matched it, cut the HU101 blade on my machine, and used my VVDI2 to clone the transponder chip. I walked him through the difference between add-a-key and all-keys-lost so he'd understand why having a spare saves him serious money down the road.
His spare works identical to the original. Lock, unlock, start, all 3 buttons. He paid $185 instead of $395 and drove home with two working keys.
