I cut the HU66 blade on my Condor, dropped in the new TP25 transponder, and ran the IMMO3+ procedure. Remote sync was separate: lock and unlock with the new 4F0 837 220 fob, then trunk release. All three buttons confirmed.
He stood there watching the whole thing happen on the hood of his car. Thirty minutes, give or take. He kept his original key, got a working spare, and spent a fraction of what the dealer wanted. The look on his face said the rest.
