A guy in the Samarkand neighborhood of Santa Barbara had just picked up a used 2013 Audi Q7. Good shape, fair deal, one key. The seller mentioned off-hand that getting a spare cut would be no big thing.

He saved a good chunk coming to me instead, and now he has a backup key so if he ever loses one, it's a simple add-a-key job rather than starting from scratch with all-keys-lost pricing.
