2011 Audi S5 Smart Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

A guy called me from the South Winds office park in Oxnard around 10 at night. Tax season, long day, and his only key to his S5 was gone. Desk, break room, parking lot - nothing. He didn't have his registration on him and wasn't totally sure what a VIN was.
