1999 Honda Odyssey Transponder Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional

I got a call from a physical therapist stuck at her clinic near Ojai Trolley route. She had patients booked all day, her 1999 Honda Odyssey was dead in the lot, and she couldn't leave work to deal with a dealer. She'd tried swapping the fob battery herself and something went sideways. She sounded pretty stressed, so I told her I'd come during her lunch break and handle everything in the lot.

I checked the mechanical side with my HON66 Lishi and the blade was cutting clean, so the issue was all electronics. Then I plugged into OBD and reprogrammed her existing key plus cut a spare so she'd have a backup. Her fob, FCC ID , came back with all buttons working. I walked her through what went wrong with the battery swap so she'd know for next time.
