I was parked at the boat launch area near Marina West when this one came in. A guy called about his 2011 Odyssey, said his key snapped in the ignition. Half the blade was still in the cylinder, and the other half was sitting in his palm. He was doing early prep for work and needed the van running.

I decoded the cut from the lock, ran the blade on my cutter, and then registered the transponder in the new key head. The 2011 Odyssey uses a five-button remote head key, so the remote functions needed to be paired as well. Lock, unlock, all five buttons tested before I called it done.
Total time from his call to him pulling out of the lot: just under an hour.
