Got a call from a guy in the Downtown Fillmore area, standing next to his 2019 Kia Soul in a parking lot off Central Avenue. His only smart key had finally given up. The flip blade hinge had been loose for months, and that morning it snapped clean off when he turned it in the door lock. Half the blade was still inside the cylinder.

Then I decoded the lock, cut a fresh blade, and paired a new CQOFN00100 fob through the OBD port using the 20-digit PIN pull from the SMARTRA3 module. The Autel ran the key learn sequence, old fob erased, new one registered.
Then the part that matters: testing. Every button at the car, then again from 30 feet back. Proximity walk-up on both front handles. Three cold starts in a row. He watched me do all of it and finally said, "I thought I was getting towed today."
Whole thing took about 40 minutes. He drove home with a working key and a spare blade in his wallet, for a fraction of what the dealer quoted him.
