An older couple at their home near Shadowridge called about their 2000 Chevrolet Astro. Getting to the dealer was a real problem for them, not just an inconvenience. They didn't have to leave the house, call anyone for a ride, or figure out transportation to a dealer on the highway. Their total was $81 for two keys. The dealer quoted $179 for one, plus the problem of actually getting there. I set up in their driveway and handed them both keys before lunch.
