I'm already in Alpine with Chevy key blanks, flip key shells, ID46 transponder chips, and smart fob housings loaded in the van right now. I don't order parts when you call. The B111 blanks, the B106 blanks, the flip key shells for Cruze and Equinox and Malibu, the CR2032 batteries, and the smart fob housings for push-to-start models are all in labeled drawers behind my seat.
A couple at the bowling alley near Alpine Village on a Saturday night came out and their 2001 Chevrolet Astro wouldn't respond to the remote. Both fobs were dead. They figured they'd call the dealer Monday and leave the car overnight. Then one of them searched "Chevy locksmith" and found me.

They drove home Saturday night. Total was $77. The dealer would have been $173 plus a wait until Monday. When everything is stocked, a call at 9pm Saturday is the same as a call at 9am Tuesday.
